If the LawPRO® mortgage arranging exclusion is triggered, this insurance product covers the gap in coverage. The insurer, St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Company, is a leading provider of real estate insurance products across Canada, licensed to write title insurance, professional E&O insurance and other surety related products.

In addition, all parties for whom the lawyer acts on the closing of the transaction receive the benefit of the Gold LS Policy, an enhanced title insurance product combining First Canadian Title's Gold title insurance policy and St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Company's legal services ("LS") coverage.
