* Only one fee is payable per transaction
notwithstanding that more than one mortgage may be arranged. Above fees apply
whether the transaction is a purchase or a refinance. Above fees apply whether
or not the lawyer acts on the closing of the transaction. Fee paid to the
lawyer will be 50% of above rates for financing between $50,000-$80,000.
Financing under $50,000 will be dealt with on a discretionary basis. Fees for
CIMBL and FSCO membership will be deducted from fees annually.
